Project Description:

This project involves the construction of a new Oncology Center on the existing King Hamad University site. The project has an approximate gross internal area of 26,000 square meters excluding parking and external buildings.

The building has been designed to meet international standards and specifically follow UK NHS design guidance as defined by the HBN (Health Building Note) and HTM (Health Technical Memorandum) series if documents published by the NHS. These standards cover all aspects of the project including the building, finishes, equipment, and services, the project will also be expected to comply with all local Bahrain regulations and standards.
