Situated on a 11,440 M2 plot in the prime commercial district of Bahrain, this 47-storeyed building has a built-up area of 48,419 M2. One of the tallest building in the Kingdom at 172 metres in height.

The basement primarily houses carparking. The balance of the plot is completely utilised for carparking, with a total capacity of 344 parking slots.

Ground floor and Mezzanine comprise individual shops connected through escalators. Floors 1 to 19 and 21 to 40 have office space. Each floor has provision to be divided into four offices. Floors 41 & 42 have between them two duplex penthouses, health club, swimming pool and coffee shop. Floors 20, 43 and 44 are Service and Technical Floors. The final level is the helipad.
